Sarah became interested in alternative therapies through her own personal experience with them, beginning with training in Reiki that commenced in 2001 and finished when she was attuned to master/teacher in 2002. She has undergone CranioSacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute to level II and has recently completed their SomatoEmotional Release level I workshop. She now plans to undertake some specialist workshops on paediatrics as well as taking her optional techniques certification. She holds ITEC Diplomas (with distinction) in Anatomy & Physiology, Professional Business Conduct and Reflexology and in Indian Head Massage (with credit). Sarah is also a student with the Open University having achieved a Certificate in Health and Social Care and a Diploma in Health and Social Welfare as part of her studies towards a BSc in Health Studies. Sarah is a member of both the International Guild of Professional Practitioners and the Cranio Sacral Society and works to the Codes of Practice of both.
